Specialty Floral Design Workshops
Come join us in the beautiful garden at Stemple Creek Ranch to learn how to create your own low centerpiece for the spring table. We’ll use seasonal flowers from B-Side and other farms, including peonies, garden roses, and sweet peas. Demo and then hands-on activity for all levels.
Large Scale Urns
Date: Saturday, May 19th
Time: 4:30 - 6:30 pm

Class Description: In this fun evening session, we'll gather on the farm to dive into the specifics of making large urn arrangements for an entryway, welcome table, or anywhere you need some big bright beauty. This class will feel comfortable for those of you who have a bit of experience playing with flowers, whether for farmers markets or just for you in the home. If you're brand new to arranging but ambitious and game for anything, you can sign on up as well!
Lennie will demonstrate her process step-by-step, and then guide each student through making their own creation to take home. Open to everyone from (relative) beginners to the more advanced. If you're a farmer wanting to take your design skills to the next level, a designer wanting the experience of working with fresh from the garden flowers, or just some dude looking for something to do, come join us!
* Open to all levels BUT this class might be a better fit if you've handled flowers before. Regardless. this is a fun and supportive atmosphere.
* Light refreshments included.
* All students will take home their one-of-a-kind arrangement, all materials and supplies included.
* Class purchases are non-refundable. However if you find you can't make it, please by all means give your spot to a friend!
* Pre-registration required.

Description: Whether you're a new floral designer, a hobbyist looking to have fun learning new flower skills, or a newly engaged DIY'er, this class will take you through designing a large, lush wedding arch or chuppah from start to finish.
By forgoing the traditional, toxic floral foam traditionally used in the industry, we'll demonstrate how to use sustainable products along every step of the way. The end result will be worthy of pictures right out of a magazine (and we'll have a fancy camera on hand to capture shots you're welcome to use in your portfolios).
After learning the process, the class will be set free to collaboratively design an arch from start to finish.
